Out of minutes!!!
It has been so long since I have had to worry about going over my cell phone minutes. Ty and I used to have a shared plan and I hardly came close to my monthly allotment. Now, Ty is on his company's plan and I am on my own and I have way less that I used to! It really sucks! So, I am out for the month. Of coarse I have no idea when it starts over because the account is still under Tyler's name and he never has time to call during business hours! AHH! its killing me! Hopefully, I will get it worked out soon, but until then, don't think that I am avoiding you, I just cant talk until nights and weekends....so sad...I'm hoping to change my plan to T-Mobile soon. I will keep you posted...

I remebered finally!
Well I finally remembered that we have this web site. Mom told me a couple of weeks ago to look at it and I am just now doing that. Our little family is doing well. Gage and Gaven are both feeling much better, although I think that Gaven is getting another tooth. He is not a fun teether at all. I also miss being home, but mom is coming for Gaven's birthday in about a week and we are very excited. Yes Gaven will turn 1 a week from Wednesday! I can't believe he has been in our family that long. He has finally realized that standing by himself is fun, so hopefully soon he will think that about walking. We measured him on New Year's Day and he is 31 and 1/2 inches tall. We also measured Gage and he is 39 and 1/2 inches. He talks so much clearer and has decided that he really likes to sing. He wants to watch "Open Season" every second. For those of you who have not seen it, there is a jeep and a truck, so he has to also have is jeep and truck before we watch it. He sings the entire opening song, it's really cute! I hope that everyone is doing well! I will get some pictures on my computer from Christmas soon and then post some here soon! We love you guys!!!

my new hobby

Hi Everyone!
I am home by myself (again) and thought I would share with you some pictures I've taken lately. I've always wanted to be a photographer so Michelle suggested I just go out and take some pictures. Here are a few of the ones I've taken so far. The one with the two cacti is my favorite. The one of Camelback Mt would be cool if there were no telephone wires or lights in the forground. Let me know what you think. Have a great day! Love MOM

WE MADE IT!!
Well, most of you heard about our exciting adventure returning to CO. No keys, no way in our apartment, sleeping in the car....anyway, we were able to get new keys made for only $6 each. Good news :) We are now getting back on schedule, and trying to keep our New Year's resolution (or commitment for Jon and Ty) to get to bed early and get up early. Jon will be going to St. George this weekend for a surprise 70th birthday for his dad, so Samantha and I will have to come up with things to do here in the Springs. Samantha is doing great and is learning how to say tons of words. She has mastered Dada as you all know, but Mama is coming along as well. She doesn't get the opportunity to say Doodoo much for doggie, but occasionally she will call something she sees a doodoo:) She also says wawa for her sippy cup, baa for ball and of course no. Its fun to see her getting so big. She's getting a little braver standing by herself, but mostly she sees it as a game, and always wants me to walk her around our apartment. So, hopefully in another month or so she will be walking around on her own. Oh yeah, she also finally learned how to suck out of her sippy cup rather than chew!! It's been great! We miss you all, I feel the same way as mom and shell, it was nice to be home...for a day or two, and now I want to go back!! We love you guys!!
I'll try and post some pics soon, I don't have them on my computer yet, and Samantha is trying to sleep!!! :)

Hi Everyone!
Thanks to Michelle for getting us all going on this fun way to stay in touch. I had a wonderful birthday yesterday. It started out so funny. First I saw Steven, no mention of my birthday, then Lauren called, still no mention. Then Michelle called, still no mention! Finally Steph called and wished me happy birthday! I just had to laugh "cause I do the same thing. But everyone redeemed themselves. Both Lauren and Brittany called when I was already in bed, but luckily still awake. It was a fun way to end the day. Steven took good care of me and we had fun together! While we were at a movie ( Nat'l Treasure) Steph and Jon called and sang to me! Thanks! I had a great day!
I, too, am already wishing all of you were back here! It's funny how that happens. It's good to get back to normal for a few days, but then I miss everyone again! Brittany says that her boys are sick with coughs and colds, hopefully they'll be better soon. Lauren started the semester yesterday and her new job. It sounds like she is so busy. Of, course you all heard about Steph and Jon's craziness the night they flew home. What a nightmare!
I hope all goes well for everyone the rest of the week! I love you all so much! Mom

Happy Birthday Mom!
I cant believe it has been a year since we had your 50th birthday party! Wow mom, you are really getting old! jk! Its always such a bummer that we have to leave right before your birthday, but at least we got a few celebrations in this year! In Ty's words, "you are such a wondie!" (meaning that you are so wonderful!) You are the best mom and friend. We love you so much and are so glad that you are ours!

We are officially bloggers!

I dont know about you guys, but we had a great time being home for Christmas! I find that by the end of the trip I am ready to get back to normal life, but as soon as I get home I am ready to go back! I have been so homesick this week. I'm sure its a mix of leaving home and being in a completely new place. Other than that, we have gotten off to a good start here in Pleasanton. Ty started work last week and I start teaching this week. I also have a couple interviews this week for group exercise instructor positions! Cross your fingers for me! We love you guys and miss you so much already! I'm hoping that everyone will actually check this and catch on so we can all keep up with each other!
